GEOFFREY OLUOCH

“Born in Nairobi in 1997, joined Kings of Kibera in 2009 and they have been like a family to me. They have supported me in everything both in my primary and secondary school education. In Kings of Kibera I was like the head, the prefect of the boys. After high school I went to college in blue industry Aquatic world and was certified as a lifeguard and a coach. Now I’m working in Kings of Kibera supporting the third generation. Many thanks to Kings of Kibera and donors for what you did for us the second generation and for what you are still doing for us and the third generation. Be blessed”

ELIJAH OMONDI

“I joined Kings of Kibera in 2009. Joined Three Bells primary school and later joined secondary school and sat for my final exams in 2017. Kings of Kibera later facilitated a sim months tailoring course, bought me a tailoring machine that I have been using to make some money. I later joined a film academy and completed the course. Looking forward to setting up my own film studio however this has largely been affected by the covid-19 pandemic.”

Kings of Kibera family has sponsored me through both primary and secondary education and currently I’m to join Kenyatta University to pursue my degree in fine arts.”
