JOSEPH OMONDI KASEE

(Far Left) “I joined Kings of Kibera in 2012 in class 5 a student at Three Bells primary school. Finished my high school in 2019 at Upper Hill School through the facilitation of Kings of Kibera. I’m currently awaiting to join Kenyatta University to pursue sports science. Frankly I don’t think I would have accomplished what have done in my in my education without the help of Kings of Kibera and for that I say ‘ Asante sana’ which means thank you very much to Kings of Kibera.”

We are currently looking for a sponsor to support Joseph throughout his University career. University is not as expensive in Kenya as it is in western countries We are proud that he has sparked his own interests in the field of of sports science. HILLARY MUSINYA

(Center) “I was born in 1999 in Kibera slums from a family with humble background that was not able to pay for my education. When I was 10yrs old I was taken to King of Kibera with other 9 boys and I have been part of Kings of Kibera since then. Kings of Kibera family has sponsored me through both primary and secondary education and currently I’m to join Kenyatta University to pursue my degree in fine arts.”

We are currently looking for a sponsor to support Hillary throughout his University career. University is not as expensive in Kenya as it is in western countries. We are proud that he is pursuing a degree in fine arts, as the “Kings of Kibera” was originally founded by a group of artists. MOSES OCHIENG

(Far Right) “I joined Kings of Kibera back in 2009. I was sent to Three Bells Primary school and passed with flying colors, later joined Upper Hill secondary school. In 2019 I joined the Technical University of Nairobi and currently studying International Relations and Diplomacy. I work as an intern as a swimming pool lifeguard and first aider after Kings of Kibera facilitated my lifeguard training as I waited for my University intake. As I move forward I’d like to be an entrepreneur. I give my outmost sincere gratitude to Kings of Kibera for the far I have reached and all that I have been able to pursue in my life.”
