THE KINGS AND QUEENS OF KIBERA NEED YOUR HELP!

Due to Covid-19 we have been forced to cancel all the events and school for the kids living at the center. School has been cancelled until further notice and we are hoping they will be attending school shortly in September. We have organized school programs with teachers calling in via zoom from Spain and the USA, but we still need your support. All your contributions will go to medical supplies, and other precautionary measures associated with COVID-19 pandemic.

Before the affects of Covid-19 the children were working with a volunteer who is involved in the film industry in europe, Marina Gatell.

They wrote a script from scratch, and a beautiful story came from their imagination and its titled "THE KINGS OF KIBERA AND THE KIDNAPPED SUN". They worked very hard on the short film and many community members of Kibera helped on it as well. The kids are pretty proud of what they made.
